Product Return Policy

DDF will accept Returns for the following reasons:
  • Quality Defects
  • Non-Performance of Products
  • Damaged Products
  • Discontinued Products as approved by DDF management
  • For products with an expiration date, the expiration date must be within 12 months of the current date and must meet the criteria for quality defects, non-performing product, damaged product, or discontinued product.

Product Return Process

  • A Customer Service Representative MUST authorize all returns. To request Return Authorization, please call
    800-443-4890. A Return Authorization Letter will be issued for the product return. Customers must provide invoice number, quantities, and reason for return.
  • Credit will not be applied to any unauthorized return.
  • Refunds may be processed in more than one transaction.
  • Returns, accompanied by the Return Authorization Letter, must be shipped to:

Damaged Product Returns

  • Returns of damaged product, defective product, non-performing product, discontinued product or product shipped in error must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Letter.
  • Shipping costs associated with these returns will be covered by DDF.

Recalls

  • In the event of a product recall, DDF will notify all customers with regard to the procedures for returning recalled product.
